Sports Massage & Recovery
Recovery-focused work for active bodies — to flush fatigue, restore range of motion, and keep small strains from becoming injuries.
Sports massage is built around how muscles actually load and recover. Using a mix of deeper compression, stretching, and focused friction, Nataliia helps clear the fatigue that builds up from training, restore movement to tight areas, and catch the small strains that turn into time on the sidelines.
Whether you run, lift, cycle, play weekend sports, or just put your body through a physical job, the aim is the same: recover faster, move more freely, and keep doing what you love without breaking down. The work is tailored to where you are — lighter and mobilizing before an event, more restorative afterward.
Thirty years of hands-on experience means she can feel the difference between a muscle that needs to be worked and one that needs to be left alone — the judgment that keeps recovery work productive instead of setting you back.

The approach
How Nataliia works
She starts with what you do and where you are in your training, then matches the work to it — mobilizing and lighter before an event, deeper and restorative for recovery. Expect compression, stretching, and focused work on the muscles your sport loads most.
When an area is especially worked over, she'll often add cupping, hot stones, or CBD to help it release and recover. Come in regularly and the sessions build on each other, keeping you ahead of the wear instead of chasing it.

Common questions
- Do I need to be an athlete?
- Not at all. Sports massage suits anyone who asks a lot of their body — runners and lifters, sure, but also gardeners, tradespeople, and anyone on their feet all day. It's recovery work, whatever the activity.
- When should I book around an event?
- A lighter, mobilizing session a few days before keeps you loose without leaving you sore; a deeper recovery session after helps you bounce back. Tell Nataliia your schedule and she'll tailor the work.
