Your visit, step by step

What you can expect during your appointment

  1. 01

    Before We Begin

Every session starts with a brief conversation about your goals, areas of tension, injuries, health concerns, and the type of massage you're looking for. This helps ensure your session is tailored to your needs from the start.

  2. 02

    Getting Comfortable

You'll be given privacy to get comfortable on the massage table. You may undress to your personal comfort level, and you will always remain properly covered throughout the session except for the area being worked on.

  3. 03

    Your Massage

Your session is customized based on your goals, comfort level, and preferences. Pressure can always be adjusted, and you're encouraged to communicate throughout the appointment to ensure the experience is both comfortable and effective.

  4. 04

    After Your Appointment

At the end of your session, you'll have a few moments to get up slowly and reorient before heading out. Many clients leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and more comfortable in their bodies.

Your comfort comes first

Common questions and concerns from first-time clients

  • Draping & Privacy

You will remain professionally draped throughout your session. Only the area being worked on is uncovered, and your privacy and comfort are always respected.

  • Pressure & Communication

Massage should never feel intimidating. Whether you prefer lighter pressure or deeper therapeutic work, adjustments can be made at any time during your session.

  • Quiet or Conversation

Some clients enjoy conversation, while others prefer to relax quietly. Both are completely normal. The session is your time, and the environment is adjusted to what helps you feel most comfortable.

  • Your Comfort Matters

If anything feels uncomfortable—whether it's pressure, positioning, temperature, or an area you'd rather avoid—simply speak up. Your comfort and well-being are always the priority.

What To Bring

  • Yourself — no special preparation is required.
  • Let us know about any injuries, medical conditions, medications, or pregnancy before your appointment.
  • Wear comfortable clothing before and after your session.
  • Arriving 5–10 minutes early can help you settle in before your appointment begins.

After Your Session

  • Drink water and give your body time to relax.
  • Gentle movement or a short walk can help you feel your best afterward.
  • Mild soreness after deeper therapeutic work is normal and typically fades within a day or two.
  • If you have questions after your appointment, don't hesitate to reach out.
